Well, it is the Christmas season. Here is a song "written" by me. It may not be original but I am very proud of it.
Aragorn was Gondor's King
often known as Elessar
He married Arwen of Rivendell
the Evenstar of her fair kindred
Legolas was an elven prince
whose father was Mirkwood's King
Fleet-footed and fair was his skin
Keen were the eyes of Legolas
One of the nine companions
who set out together to destroy the Ring
Gimli was Gloin's son
A dwarf that dwelt in Glittering Caves
and was known as an Elf-friend
He held an axe in his hand
Faramir was Denethor's son
the last steward of Minas Tirth
He married Eowyn of The Mark
the shieldmaiden of Rohan
The younger brother of Boromir
who was slained by some orcs
Gandalf was the white wizard
and was known as Mithrandir
He rode on a horse called Shadowfax
the king of all the horses
Sam and Frodo, Merry and Pippin
They were hobbits from the Shire
The Ring possessed by Bilbo Baggins
was in fact the One Ring
The ring that was forged in Mount Doom
wore by Sauron and Gollum

What do you think? It is to be sing to the tune of "Hark! The Herald Angels Sing". You will find that it would mostly fit in. Hope all you like it. I like the first two chorus, it is the most successful. My brother helped in the making of this song too.
